The Distinctions line of PTAC units comes with a 5-year limited warranty from the manufacturer. During the first year, both parts and labor are covered, while in years two through five, only functional parts and sealed refrigeration parts/labor are covered.

The DCP123A35AA model offers precise independent fan speed operation through the use of dual fan motors. It also includes a 20A power cord to match the electrical configuration of the unit and provides precise comfort control to guests with a three-speed fan. Additionally, the DCP123A35AA comes with a compressor lockout feature, which prevents the compressor from restarting for three minutes after it cycles off, to protect the compressor.
